The mark we leave.

A clear explanation of the Gambini business model: its impact on the world and on people, along with our vision for the future, and the actions we are ready to take.

Why have we done this?

Questioning the sustainability of our actions is an integral part of our value system.

We’ve always done this, but never with the depth and rigor we’ve applied over the past year. With the help of customers, suppliers, banks and institutions, we documented our business model, examining it from the perspective of the environment and the people.
A voluntary initiative that came about without anyone asking us to do it.

We care about the places, the people and our way of working.

ESGs covered in the Report:

Technologies designed to reduce energy consumption and waste, and optimize our customers’ production processes.

A development model built on human capital, designed to promote people’s well-being and the growth of each individual.

A concrete and structured approach, focused on the continuous improvement of what we already do.

Nicoletta Menchelli CFO Gambini S.p.A.

Working on this project meant much more to me than simply producing our first Sustainability Report. I was impressed to see how deeply the people here felt involved and engaged with environmental, social, and governance issues, as part of a journey marked by listening, dialogue, and shared growth. I believe this happened because sustainability affects us deeply: as professionals, but also, and above all, as people.

A Report made of people

This project, which took more than a year to complete, was carried out by Gambini’s internal Sustainability Committee with the guidance of Silvia Rotelli, Head of the Sustainability Division at the Brogi & Pittalis office in Florence.
