Four technicians from Gambini Brasil are living an intense training experience, immersed in the productive heart of our company: Tiago, Odirlei, André, and Sidnei come from the other side of the ocean to learn directly in our plants, in close contact with the Gambini lines and the people who work on them every day.

Arriving in Italy from different professional contexts – automation, electronics, software -, they found themselves facing a new challenge, which they welcomed with energy and curiosity. In particular, the training is taking place around our flagship component, the AirMill wet embosser, ready to bring all its revolutionary benefits to the Brazilian market. This technology is in fact already being implemented in Brazil, for four new strategic installations.

This activity will help the four professionals bring Gambini’s know-how to Joinville and make sure that in our new production plant there is a deep knowledge of the technology and the careful approach that distinguishes us everywhere.

Led by Dineo Silverio, Managing Director of Gambini Brasil, the team will return home with new skills and significant human and cultural enrichment.

We will go back to Brazil with an important mission: to bring Gambini’s excellence to the other side of the ocean!
