Likewise, our development model is built on human capital and is designed to ensure people\u2019s well-being and individual growth, beginning with the younger generations. Our Research &amp; Development department is also future-oriented: that\u2019s where we conceive, study and design our innovations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until now, our activities have been guided by our vision for the future, our desire to do well and our commitment to customers, end consumers and our people. Today, we have decided to define this motivation in a new way, setting it on a concrete, <strong>solid<\/strong> <strong>path<\/strong> aimed at the continuous improvement of what we have already achieved.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, today, we are publishing our first Sustainability Report: <strong>The mark we leave<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"w-btn-wrapper align_none\"><a class=\"w-btn us-btn-style_1\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/gambini.group\/en\/esg\/\"><span class=\"w-btn-label\">Read the Report<\/span><\/a><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><em>The Report is currently available in Italian.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Questioning the sustainability of our actions is an integral part of our value system.
